CalTech Recently Recognized on CRN’s 2022 MSP 500 List for Managed Service Providers in North America

Earlier today, CalTech announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named CalTech to its Managed Service Provider (MSP) 500 list in the IT Support Service category for 2022. CRN’s annual MSP 500 list recognises North America’s premier service providers whose innovative approaches to managed services are reshaping the IT channel, enabling end users to boost productivity and simplify IT solutions while optimising their return on investment.

Managed services is the practice of outsourcing the duty for maintaining and anticipating the demand for a variety of processes and tasks, purportedly to enhance operations and minimise budgetary expenses by reducing direct-employed people.

With many clients still recuperating from the continuing pandemic’s effects, managed service providers have become critical to the profitability of organisations globally. MSPs not only enable enterprises to harness complex technology, but also assist them in maintaining a laser-like focus on their core business objectives without putting a burden on their finances.

The annual MSP 500 list is divided into three sections: the MSP Pioneer 250, which recognises companies with a strong managed services focus and a strong focus on the SMB market; the MSP Elite 150, which recognises large, data center-focused MSPs with a strong mix of on- and off-premises services; and the Managed Security 100, which recognises MSPs with a strong focus on off-premises and cloud-based security services.

CalTech was named to the Managed Security 100 for its superior cloud-based services and expertise. Our clients in financial institutions rely on us to provide complete virtual IT infrastructure solutions. Our staff is dedicated to safeguarding your data and assuring the continued functioning of your mission-critical information technology network and activities.

“In addition to adjusting their own business operations in response to changing circumstances during the pandemic, MSPs have witnessed increasing demand for their managed communications, collaboration, and security services,” stated Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “The solution providers on our 2022 MSP 500 list deserve recognition for their forward-thinking and game-changing approaches to managed services in these uncertain times, as well as their ability to maximise operational efficiency and systems without straining IT budgets.”

“We are thrilled to have been recognised as one of North America’s premier service providers”. CalTech’s CEO, Will Welch, said. “CalTech is absolutely special due to our staff. Their commitment and strategic attitude enable us to deliver the finest service possible to our clients, allowing them to concentrate on what matters most to their businesses.”

The MSP 500 list will be published in the February 2022 edition of CRN and will also be available online.
