The platform now includes a visual RPA design studio, this design studio allows business users to make use of an intuitive no-code, drag-and-drop interface to create and implement robotic process automation (RPA) and robotic desktop automation (RDA) workflows. Customers can also now use KnowledgeLake as a fully managed SaaS offering. This new offering provides partners and end-users with a turn-key approach to using KnowledgeLake when they want pure results with no implementation, administration, or learning.
