Latest Update to KnowledgeLake IDP Platform Brings Simple and Subtle Automation to Intelligent Document Processing

Leading provider of intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions, KnowledgeLake, announced today the release of its latest platform release, codenamed “Tahoe,” for automating document processes and delivering data insights.

The platform’s latest edition is designed to accelerate solution deployment through rich no-code features, AI engine improvements, and enhanced support for additional storage options.

Huge improvement to the leading intelligent document processing platform

The platform now includes a visual RPA design studio, this design studio allows business users to make use of an intuitive no-code, drag-and-drop interface to create and implement robotic process automation (RPA) and robotic desktop automation (RDA) workflows. The RPA design studio enables users to create workflows quickly and easily without the need for training or development.

Customers can also now use KnowledgeLake as a fully managed SaaS offering. This new offering provides partners and end-users with a turn-key approach to using KnowledgeLake when they want pure results with no implementation, administration, or learning.

“The latest version of the KnowledgeLake platform represents our efforts to help businesses thrive as they modernize their operations to better support remote work,” said Ron Cameron, CEO of KnowledgeLake. “We’ve worked closely with our customers and partners to create these enhancements to our IDP platform. We empower organizations to automate their high-volume document processes and experience the benefit of modern technology without pain.”

The KnowledgeLake product update also improves real-time AI training significantly. User actions are now used to improve the document classification models indefinitely. This feature increases the speed of machine learning while decreasing exception handling and user intervention.

“The addition of numerous AI-focused enhancements to the KnowledgeLake platform is really exciting,” added Cameron. “The ability to create AI and RPA-driven workflows from a visual designer and enhance them in real time brings a whole new level of power and productivity to our customers.”

KnowledgeLake has also announced Microsoft 365 GCC and GCC High support, as well as Azure Government Cloud and Microsoft Azure data centres in Canada.
