On July 21, 2022, Queue Associates, Inc. will celebrate its 30th year in business, a rare feat of longevity for a technological solution provider.
As of 2022, Queue Associates has serviced and continues to serve over 500 clients in North America by providing comprehensive services surrounding the Microsoft Dynamics 365 corporate productivity suite and other Microsoft and third-party platforms.

In 1992, Queue Associates began providing accounting and other company management services, utilising early-stage customer relationship management (CRM) and what expanded to become enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) software systems.
In the company’s infancy, Jeffrey Goldstein initiated a strategic partnership with Microsoft, aligning its offerings with multiple corporate objectives.
Queue has attained and maintains the highest-level Microsoft certifications; it is currently a Microsoft Gold Partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and is transitioning to top-tier designations under the new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme.
In ensuing decades, Queue evolved from delivering Microsoft select services to clients in the New York Metropolitan Area to adding operations in London and Hong Kong to support clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Receiving Microsoft’s global Microsoft Dynamics SL Partner of the Year award was Queue’s greatest accomplishment. This award from Microsoft was one of eleven significant honours granted upon Queue over the company’s thirty-year history.
