Uptime Legal Systems (Uptime Legal), a leading provider of legal technology, has announced the acquisition of Flywire Technology (Flywire), a leading provider of cloud services to law firms.
Flywire will merge with Uptime Legal and become a part of the Uptime PracticeTM product line. This acquisition strengthens Uptime’s dominant position in cloud services for law firms and expands Flywire’s legal technology service offerings.
The legal technology landscape is rapidly evolving, and Uptime is well-positioned to lead the way and support Flywire clients in this new environment. Uptime will leverage its portfolio of legal technology products and its strong relationships with legal software partners to assist Flywire customers in better managing and expanding their practises.
