VXI Global Solutions, a leading global provider of Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) services, dominated the 16th International ICT Awards by winning Best Employer of the Year and Best Foreign-owned Business of the Year.
The event took place in the Manila Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel in Pasay City on June 29, 2022. It was organised by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.
The qualification criteria were based on the foundations of HR leadership, company growth, clientele size, quality, and diversity, as well as HR competencies, company management, and public-goods company support.
